Introduction:
Welcome to the wonderful world of knitting! I created this site to become a hub for new knitters around the world. Knitting can be a little intimidating, but once you get the hang of it, your efforts are absolutely rewarding. I want this to become your home for all you crafters who want to learn how to knit.
How I started:
My mom taught me to knit when I was eight or nine years old. I wasn't very good at it back then and dropped the hobby. After I started a job in Washington, D.C., I and needed a hobby that was going to pass the time on my bus commute. One of my first projects was a baby blanket for an expectant friend. Since then, I have branched out to different things, such as hats, bags, and my favorite, shawls. Don't say you can't do it, because believe me, you can!
